03 / HOW I WORK
You explain the problem. I’ll handle the technical side.
You don’t need to know what software you need. Show me the part of the business that takes too long, causes mistakes or still feels unnecessarily manual.
I’ll focus on the useful part first, rather than building a huge system you don’t need. It can be as simple or as sophisticated as the job calls for.
The system should fit the way your team actually works, not force everyone to change everything around the software.
I’ll explain how it works in plain English and deal directly with you when something needs changing.
04 / WHY CUSTOM SOFTWARE?
Sometimes the right answer is software that already exists. Sometimes the problem sits between the systems you already use.
That’s where a small custom tool can make sense.
You may already pay for powerful software and use only a small part of it. Or the important bit still happens on paper, in a spreadsheet, or through copying the same details twice.
I won’t suggest replacing something that works well. We’ll look at the awkward part and decide what would actually help.
05 / THE PERSON BEHIND THE SOFTWARE
I work directly with local businesses to understand the parts of their day that are more complicated or repetitive than they need to be, then build simple software around them.
You speak directly to me, the person understanding the problem and building the system. We can talk through how things work, meet in person where useful, and keep the technical detail on my side.
Serving Suffolk, Bury St Edmunds, Newmarket and surrounding areas.
06 / LET’S TALK
Tell me what takes too much time, involves too much paperwork or feels more complicated than it should. You don’t need to know what software you need.
A simple conversation is
a good place to start.
